Woven from two decades in the field.

For more than 20 years, Weavery's founder Silas Everett built peace-building, reconciliation, and civil-society programs across the Balkans, the Caucasus, and Asia — at the heart of communities scarred by conflict and adversity.

Seeing the limits of traditional methods against fast-evolving challenges, he earned a Master's in Data Science at UC Berkeley and founded Weavery: a consultancy that intertwines technology and human expertise to build resilient, thriving communities.

Today Weavery bridges advanced technology and grassroots development — weaving together compassion, technology, and strategic insight for a more equitable future.

Silas Everett

Founder & Principal · Data Scientist

From the steppes of Mongolia to the tech hubs of the United States, Silas has led research and innovation across retail, mobile, and edge-to-cloud. He founded a machine-vision startup before Weavery, driven by the belief that technology woven with human expertise builds thriving communities.

Sara Yim

Co-founder · Programs & Strategy

Sara has led humanitarian and stabilization programs in Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, and Afghanistan with USAID's Office of Transition Initiatives, and built a verified digital-identity platform at Merit. She served on the advisory board of Code to Inspire, advancing tech education for women in Afghanistan.
